@WBBM,

Oh, to be a fly on the wall in the spider's lair, indeed!

I think, if their attorney has any inkling they will lose, neither Cash and Harry [that was so funny!] will show up for the final proceeding--which would be par for the course!

Everything you wanted to know about Travalyst Limited:

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12546940

Note: Harry gives his place of residence as the United Kingdom.

Have a look at the last couple of pages of the application to register Travalyst as a company ... an interesting summary of its aims and how it intends operating. (I have said before, sustainable tourism and how tourism impacts local communities has been standard practice in many parts of Africa for more than a generation. I don't know what Harry thinks he is going to bring to the table on this, other than try to get a slice of an established industry.)

Yes you got it right re a tighter fit around midsection would cause it wrinkling. That is precisely why the choice of fabric looked so wrong. A nearly identical dress on Angela of Liechtenstein which she designed herself looked so much better, possibly because the fabric was different and provided a better fit. Angela's whole look was lighter and more effortless. Megs looked like she tried very very hard but still failed to nail it.

@ Maneki I have read more than once that MM crashed one of Michelle's book tour stops and it was not appreciated. I commented recently that I believe MM exaggerated her "lunch" with MO when it was more likely an email or phone call. If the documentary is released on Archie's birthday MM will be furious, I bet. I think MO sees right through MM.

And if it all goes pear shape, what'the betting MM &H will start turning on each other, accusing each other? I think this may well happen eventually.
I've just had a quick look at Murky Meg's latest offering, digging in to Travalyst, starting with Companies House and going on from there. I'd looked at the CH site but don't know enough to squeeze information out it but this video seems to have been successful:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zaKCAF4418A

It reminds me of the many dodgy companies, working various scams, that used to attract the attention of Roger Cook, an investigative journalist. His recordings from visits to the registered addresses of these companies often ended with the sounds of a scuffle or worse.

For example http://www.screenonline.org.uk/people/id/1402725/index.html

Comments please - Heather Wong is a person of more than ordinary significance, it would appear.

Meghan does not have a history of confrontation. She will ghost, communicate via an email or better still through an intermediary (friends talking to the media or via a business manager or PR representative) ... all that, she does have a history of and a very long one. If Harry gets confrontational, she will cry (she can do that on cue), look at him adoringly, and so on, to defuse the situation.

No, Meghan will manipulate and beguile and persuade her way into a separation (Harry may not even be aware that it is a separation), and then, once she has her own independent household, she will get the divorce papers delivered.

I wonder why Harry still lists his place of residence as being the UK? Is he exploiting a loophole that benefits him, or was he unaware that there would be no return when he moved to Canada and then the USA with Megsy?

Harry apparently does not plan to get a "Green Card." So I'm assuming he's on some sort of visa. That wouldn't make him a US resident. And US citizens (no matter where they live) AND US residents are supposed to pay income taxes on their worldwide income, I believe. So he likely doesn't want to be a US resident. I believe he was also considered a visitor in Canada.

I don't know what H thought when but wasn't it reported that some of the exit discussions in the UK were about the tax implications of a move abroad?

I just saw a headline, that Lindsey Lohan is advising M$H on how to handle paparazzi. I was in too much shock to read any further considering LL is bonkers.

@lizzie: So, one could live in the USA but not get residence status? Just keep renewing a visitor's visa? I suppose he will pay local taxes through rent or taxes on property, car licences, and so on. Is there a limit to how long he can stay on a visitor's visa and how does he get it renewed?

It seems rather odd though. Harry is setting himself up for a life independent of the BRF in London/Windsor (still has Frogmore Cottage). Meghan is setting herself up for an independent life outside the BRF in the USA.

The L. Logan article was very short so I glanced at it. So far as I can tell, her advice to H&M to avoid paps is

1. Stay off the beaches unless they own a private one. (By law, all beaches in CA are public up to the average high tide line, something Lindsay may not know.)

2. Get drivers.
___________

@Sandie,

He could get a couple of different visas that would work for a few years. Right now he could be in the country simply as a visitor from the UK (works for 90 days)

I'm not an expert but this article seems to have good info.

I agree, it's all odd!

Anyone know the next step in the lawsuit?
They had a hearing, is it over and in the judges hands now? When does the judge make a decision?
When is the next hearing or the final hearing scheduled?

The “lunch” with MO was consumed whilst emailing each other.
Wonder how many of her celeb friends supposed interactions with her have been mainly via email/text?

I can't wait either!

Re Harry making a good king: the article is dated 2016. No doubt Piers Morgan would think differently today...

Harry must be on a spouse visa which should give him permanent residency? I'm not in America so googled it:
Getting your spouse a US visa
You can "sponsor" your spouse's immigrant visa for entry to the United States. If you follow this process, your foreign spouse will complete the visa process completely outside the US, and then arrive in the US and obtain permanent residency status immediately.
I'm happy to stand corrected!
lizzie said…
@Maneki Neko,

Could be but H supposedly has said he's not applying for a Green Card (which is what that visa essentially is)

Plus, it takes at least a year's lead time, often up to 18 months. And no, these days I don't think all the requirements on that one would be skipped for H...for some other visas like those requiring the applicant have an "extraordinary ability" yeah, there probably were or will be lots of winks. Of course, they've probably been planning this move for some time. I do wonder though if they would have felt confident British intelligence wouldn't have heard if H was interviewed for a spousal visa at the US Embassy or Consulate in the UK over a year ago before Archie was even born.

They haven't yet been married two years so his first spousal visa would be conditional and require renewal in 2 years.

All that said, I personally doubt he's on a spousal visa.

Thanks henrietta!

Wow that gives MM too much time too try to make it right with her Dad.

Cross-posting my comment to Nuttiers. I went to virus blog to ask Swampwoman a specific question, and of course...

So, I posted this there and I'm posting it here. This way you'll know why I disappeared and took my comments with me.

To all Nuttiers:

Re my "many" names: I changed them for a few days to make it more difficult for Cat Eyes to stalk me off this blog on other sites. Many of you know what she did on Lipstick Alley making derogatory statements about Nutty and me.

Lucky Dog is one of Cat Eyes' many names. Cat Eyes is also ApplesOranges, so is Flooper, long list. I deleted my stuff to save Nutty's blog from absolute merde. I did not turn tail and run. Her legal advice was cray, but I didn't want to blow up Nutty's blog calling it out. Just so wrong. I trust that those who care will do their own homework.

It is pointless for me to try and share anything when it just results in rabid posting and multiple personalities created by Cat Eyes who then googles wildly and posts "expert" opinion. Only problem is, nothing in the law is that simple, and even murder one can be debated.

I do not know why anyone continues to engage with Cat Eyes under any of her many names, but for as long as you do, and until Nutty has a new format, Cat Eyes will stay.

See ya, elle

A Quiet Interlude

Not much appears to be going on. Living Legends came and went without fanfare ... what's the next event?   Super Bowl - Sunday February 11th?  Oscar's - March 10th?   In the mean time, some things are still rolling along in various starts and stops like Samantha's law suit. Or tax season is about to begin in the US.  The IRS just never goes away.  Nor do bills (utility, cable, mortgage, food, cars, security, landscape people, cleaning people, koi person and so on).  There's always another one.  Elsewhere others just continue to glide forward without a real hint of being disrupted by some news out of California.   That would be the new King and Queen or the Prince/Princess of Wales.   Yes there are health risks which seemed to come out of nowhere.  But.  The difference is that these people are calmly living their lives with minimal drama.

As Time Passes and We Get Older

I started thinking about how time passes when reading some of the articles about the birthday.  It was interesting to think about it from the different points of view.  Besides, it kind of fits as a follow up the last post (the whole saga of can the two brothers reunite). So there is the requisite article about how he will be getting all kinds of money willed to him from his great-grandmother.  There were stories about Princess Anne as trustee (and not allowing earliest access to it all).  Whether or not any or all of this is true (there was money for him and/or other kids) has been debated with claims she actually died owing money with the Queen paying the debts to avoid scandal.  Don't know but I seem to remember that royal estates are shrouded from the public so we may not (ever) know. However, strange things like assisting in a book after repeated denials have popped up in legal papers so nothing is ever really predicable.   We are also seein...

The Opening Act of New Adventures in Retail

I keep thinking things will settle down to the lazy days of spring where the weather is gorgeous and there is a certain sense of peacefulness.  New flowers are coming out. increasing daylight so people can be outside/play and thinking gardening thoughts.  And life is quiet.  Calm. And then something happens like a comet shooting across the sky.  (Out of nowhere it arrives and then leaves almost as quickly.)   An update to a law suit.  Video of the website is released (but doesn't actually promote any specific product which can be purchased from the website).  A delay and then jam is given out (but to whom and possible more importantly - who did not make the list?).  Trophies almost fall (oops).  Information slips out like when the official date of beginning USA residency.  (now, isn't that interesting?) With them, it's always something in play or simmering just below the surface.  The diversity of the endeavors is really ...
