Not much appears to be going on. Living Legends came and went without fanfare ... what's the next event? Super Bowl - Sunday February 11th? Oscar's - March 10th? In the mean time, some things are still rolling along in various starts and stops like Samantha's law suit. Or tax season is about to begin in the US. The IRS just never goes away. Nor do bills (utility, cable, mortgage, food, cars, security, landscape people, cleaning people, koi person and so on). There's always another one. Elsewhere others just continue to glide forward without a real hint of being disrupted by some news out of California. That would be the new King and Queen or the Prince/Princess of Wales. Yes there are health risks which seemed to come out of nowhere. But. The difference is that these people are calmly living their lives with minimal drama.

Yes. It was not a speech at the UN to UN representatives, nor even at the UN buildings. It was one of the many events organized by the UN to spend the huge budget they have. I think the theme was the empowerment of women. How the heck someone like Meghan making a speech to bolster her CV empowers women who actually need it is beyond my understanding.
She supposedly trotted out the soap advert story with a lot of elaborations verging on lies.

On another part of Meg's psycho behavior, I wonder why Harry and his minders around the time he started dating her, didn't bother to notice the creepy stalking factor she used when it came to copying so many aspects of Diana? I mean, wouldn't even a socially inept idiot be completely creeped out if they saw even a few of the ways a woman dressed like, emulated and posed exactly like their dead mother? EWwwwwwWWWw.
