So I was reading the DM article talking about how * has friends. Important friends. Powerful friends. And, they have friends layered below them.
What does that mean to us today?
So it is an interesting article filled with unnamed sources. That's nothing new. We see this quite often in the oh how wonderful the Sussex family members are.
Make no mistake - these are very powerful women.
Oprah - she has been there for a long time since the wedding and the interview. According to the article (and even that seems to hedge by saying something about "I'm told" that Oprah was the push for the Kardashian party.). So Oprah still seems to be around even though we don't see photos of them together.
Mellody Hobson is next up. Quite a power woman who is very knowledgeable in finance (her own Investment company), Starbucks and more. She did appear in Archetypes. An unnamed source (again - this time who is a "business associate" of MH) offers that Mellody has offered assorted business advise.
Next up is Shonda Rhimes. You may remember that she stated that she did not base her Queen Charlotte on * who then responded (more or less) something about liking Bridgerton. In there, somewhere is something about how * might learn something about that angle of the business from Shonda.
And then there is Nicole Avant (Netflix linkage, the party) and the photos of the two hugging.
There really isn't an overwhelming statement about why these women are so supportive of her other than it's all been unfair somehow to her.
Really? Because it sounds more like she's claiming victim status but she'll be back with all these power people to straighten things out. Apparently there is a reasonable explanation as to why she needed to be filmed in Paris going through that tunnel - we just haven't heard it yet.
And, more importantly, if she's been given advise from all these very knowledgeable women, why do things keep going so crosswise for her?
The other thing is that it goes on and on about how she doesn't want to but she may have to write her own take on her life so far. Yeah. Sounds sort of like a veiled threat to me too. Especially after all these paragraphs of these are my power friends show of force?

I have no doubt the story about the powerful friends is total BS. I was just reporting what was on Reddit/DM. We know * doesn't have any genuine, long standing friends but only useful ones. Didn't Serena Williams ignore her recently? A friend in need is a friend indeed must be *'s motto.
