I suspect that Harry is coming to the end of his rope and hopes a reunion including his two spawn and wife with Pa (King Charles) will keep him in the running for lots of gelt on Pa’s death, and will convince the powers that Harry and his “family” should in future be re-included in Trooping the Color on balcony, etc… all the glittering glamorous events Harry and Meghan thought they would continue to be invited to although they fled the racist monarchy-adjacent money-is-no-object life.
To keep Harry compliant, Meghan might falsely agree to bring the kids to UK but will come up with a patently fake excuse to leave them home at last minute. She might or might not actually accompany Harry this summer.
Only time will tell. They sicken me.
Catherine was beautiful in her yellow frock today and that was reason enough to start this summer's endless will they wont they game. We all know Harry's wife and she never invents anything new, it will be the same old same old again and again.
It'll be interesting to see if they let her in.

`The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expected to bring their two children to the UK in July, BBC News understands.
Prince Harry and Meghan will be accompanied by Archie, seven, and Lilibet, five. Next month will be one year to the start of the Invictus Games.
It will be the first time the duke, who lives in California, has visited the UK with his family in four years.
Prince Harry has spoken previously about his desire to bring his two children back to his country of birth. It is not clear what the security arrangements for the visit will be.
It is not yet known whether King Charles will meet his grandchildren on this visit.
The King last saw his grandchildren during the late Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations in 2022.
In a BBC News interview last year, Prince Harry spoke of his desire for a "reconciliation" with the Royal Family.
Last September, he met his father King Charles at Clarence House in London, their first face to face meeting since February 2024.
The meeting was seen as a first step in improving relations between father and son and building trust in what has seemed a deep family rift.
Prince Harry's security was downgraded after he stepped back from frontline royal duties in 2020 and moved to the US with his family.
In May, Prince Harry lost a legal case to have his police protection reinstated when visiting the UK.
Speaking to the BBC after the ruling, he said it was not safe to bring his family back to the country of his birth because he could not guarantee their safety.
In December, sources told the BBC that Prince Harry's access to security when he visits the UK was under review.
A government spokesperson said on Wednesday: "The UK government's protective security system is rigorous and proportionate.
"It is our long-standing policy not to provide detailed information on those arrangements, as doing so could compromise their integrity and affect individuals' security."
The duke's spokesperson did not respond to a request for comment.
The prince founded the Invictus Games in London in 2014. Next year's competition will be held in Birmingham.'

There was little in the report that we didn't already know, except that she' be bringing a Netflix camera crew with her. Of course... she wants footage.

One point has long puzzled me - when Archie was `born' there was no mention of * or H contacting the US Embassy to ensure that Archie would be registered as a US citizen. Did I miss something?
Had it happened, I'm sure she would have produced photos. Was this another `dog that didn't bark in the night', like not appearing with the babe outside the hospital. She's never been known to miss a photo-op.
BTW I read that H's preferred London hotel is the Royal Lancaster, .5 Tube stops away from Soho House. We went to a dinner there last year - it's rather swish.
There is a part of me which thinks that they really could show up with the kids (just like the appearance in SA, a see they do exist lob). I think it would be stressful for all though. For the adults, not just the normal stress of traveling with kids, not being in your own home but also the trying to control/manage the optics with layers of long resentment to the press (and possible the BRF). For the kids, they don't have the practice of being in the public eye that the Wales have.
It would draw the attention in a way that maybe even other BRF members might not top during those specific days. Alas, if so, then it became the H and M show again.
As for the does she know about the right of the King and all that, that has been out there since they started having kids. So not a secret we know that she can't possible have read somewhere. So I doubt that is a factor in the decision to show or not.
An excellent point re passport rules *for dual citizens*. I am as certain as I can possibly be that * didn't get British citizenship. It is not automatic, she would have been exempt of the language test, English being her first language but not the Life in the UK test. We know she had zero interest in the country and its people. Anyway, she wasn't in the UK long enough (3 years minimum residency even married to a Brit).
Re Harry, I suppose if he had US citizenship, we would have heard about it. As for the sprogs, nothing has ever been mentioned. If they are dual citizens then they must enter the UK on a British passport. If they don't have a British passport but do have dual nationality, they cannot be denied entry but must still prove their nationality to the immigration officer's satisfaction. Also, While Border Force cannot turn you away, your airline or carrier might. 'Under "pre-departure checks," carriers are required to verify that you have permission to travel'. Also, 'If you do not hold a valid visa, Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA), or British passport, you risk being denied boarding before your flight.' (gov.uk).
This, of course, assuming they all come over.

I looked her up, her name is Stef the Alter Nerd and she is Canadian. She has a 'noticeable Canadian-British accent' and has lived in Yorkshire according to the internet. A bit of a hybrid! I couldn't really place her intonation either at times. Some on Reddit said she had a Michigan accent but then it's near Canada.

In England, the law gives any landowner/householder the right to control photography on their premises. Usually, as with National Trust, one is allowed to take photos outside but not inside (this not public land but `land to which the public has access' - big difference). So in law, Earl Spencer has the right to control photography at Althorp, especially on the island.
