Sad

I was really sad to read that they had charged TMSr with the child pornography.  I was hoping he was a good one.

There are a lot of questions that I just have no clue about.

Why did he even have a storage locker in the US when he appeared to have no plans to return until he was recently brought back to the USA by Samantha?   I mean that it would have had to have been set up years before, like when he was in Mexico.  So, that's a chunk of money annually to keep that space an option for him.  Why not have brought it closer to him sooner when he was more mobile?

Various authorities are looking now at TMjr.  That might have been a predictable outcome.  Law enforcement is always curious as to why someone wants to drop a dime on someone as well as how conveniently you happen to have learned said information.

Who had access to all the different storage lockers?  When was each visited and by whom?  sigh.  What we don't know is how accurate records for these places are.  Is it a log in by key/code or is it a show me your ID kind of place?

And what a legal tangle with so many different jurisdictions.  Multiple countries.  And, how much of the original evidence can still be used as the police were not the ones who got to see it in situ.  That's a huge legal problem no matter which jurisdiction you look at.  I'm not a lawyer.

And the alleged evidence.  And concerns of it being fake or real but planted.

So ... there must be something still somewhere for the USA to act.  And you notice, how quickly they took action.  Bam.  No dawdling.  Compare that to the story about the ex wife writing a letter that no one (from what I can remember but I have been wrong before in life) seems to be able to find the original as received to UK law enforcement.  I keep thinking they would have documented it on a roster log somewhere, scanned as well as probably kept the original just in case they needed it. I'm not saying the convolutions of how the letter was said to travel are not reasonable, it can be.

And this is before you get to her story of being advised that it could be ignored.  Who this was and how they were able to get her to follow advise is a question inquiring minds who worked with her are probably asking themselves.

The whole situation is sad all the way around.

So, when does the dirt on Meghan come out?

"This is only hearsay, but in London a Brit socialite who knew her way around money, Europe, royalty told me - and my companion, so I wasn't alone in hearing this - that Meghan was known in the old days. 'She was around the famous playgrounds Europeans visit...and known to be shopping for a rich husband.'" That's a quote from Cindy Adams in yesterday's New York Post . Cindy is old - so old that she interviewed the original Duchess of Windsor. "Who was also American,"  writes Cindy.   "She was not happy afterward. She was tough. I interviewed her. She was constantly looking to negotiate some sort of financial betterment." So, when does the dirt start coming out? How about now. Who will drop the information? We've had more than 1200 comments since the Sussex summit on Monday, so please allow me to repeat part of my answer to a question hidden somewhere within that forest of text. A regular commenter asked for my input ...

New Year (and what's next?)

Another year and what will it bring for them (and us who watch)?   One thing I thought of is control of their image for appearances.  It isn't just that they have lost so many people in such a fairly short time period but who they lost.  The people who advised, handled details to make the events happen - road trips to volunteering.  We've been saying all along that each loss is a ripple of warning towards a potential new hire coming in.  New hires, yes but what about fund raising?  Cash flow?  This, from SMM, is an interesting read: https://www.reddit.com/r/SaintMeghanMarkle/comments/1puzsvh/impact_report_990_review_from_a_nonprofit/ Which leads us to money.  Keeping their image engine running costs a lot.  No doubt there are a lot details, paperwork, contracts to negotiate and find new groups to partner with.  Hence the need for a good team. The duo could do some of it or all but for how long?   side note: the peopl...

Here comes Archie: Waiting for the Birthday Photo

Sometime within the next seven days, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will release a new photo of their little-seen son Archie Mountbatten-Windsor, according to an article in the Sunday Times ( quoted in the Sun, with no paywall ). It tickles the imagination to think about what this image might look like, particularly considering the Sussexes' passion for Photoshop. The classic Archie photos - the ones used again and again in British tabloids, including the link above - were taken in South Africa in September 2019, a good 7 1/2 months ago. The little red-haired fellow in those images looked healthy and well-fed, although entirely uninterested in the two people who were supposedly his parents. None of the nuzzling or the seeking of comfort or approval that infants usually display with their primary caregivers, or people they know and like. (Prince Charles' recent image with his grandson Prince Louis is a good example) Babies change a lot Babies change a lot in 7 1/2 m...
