No surprise that he's medicated pain or not going by his up and down swings in his behavior. Same goes for her. Both of them are not sober and it's showing more and more every day.
It's quite common for the partner of a Narcissist to change their behavior, which explains why Harry acts to subservient to Megs when she's with him, then his old self when away.
